Leadership and engagement consultancy ENGAGE has appointed Sean Mills as Director as part of the company’s continuing growth. A specialist in helping organisations increase employee engagement through more effective leadership, ENGAGE has experienced rapid growth over the past year as a result of expansion among existing clients and new business wins.
Sean is an expert in the areas of leadership assessment and development and employee experience and has a strong commercial background that supports ENGAGE’s strategic approach to its clients’ leadership and engagement programmes.
He explained: “ENGAGE sits right at the intersection of two great passions of mine; leadership effectiveness and employee experience. The team understands the fundamental impact that good leaders have in creating an engaging employee experience. What’s more they are one of the few companies able to act on data and insight, rather than just reporting and making recommendations.”
Prior to ENGAGE, Sean managed and grew the engagement practice at Ipsos UK. He also led the EMEA team of consultants at IBM Kenexa, working with a client portfolio worth £20m, as well as heading up the US Kenexa Leadership practice.
In his new role, Sean will work across client management, business development and consulting. He said: “ENGAGE is small but agile and punches well above its weight in terms of capability and client experience. I’m delighted to be part of a team that is entirely client-focused, and that places a strong emphasis on building deep, long-term and results-driven relationships with stakeholders across its client base.”
